I've shared my recipe for PizzaLoaf in the past, but in case you didn't get it....
Mix 2# ground beef with Italian seasoning, 1 egg and about 2-3 Tbls pulverized sunflower seeds (use food processor...I used garlic roasted sunflower seeds). Mix well and spread into rectangle. Layer mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, small can chopped black olives, and onion down center of hamburger mixture. Fold sides up and seal. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes (until juices run clear). Serve with warmed pizza sauce (Walmart's Great Value brand has minimal carb count).

Chinese Hamburger Soup:
Mix 1 large can chinese vegetables with browned hamburger meat. Mix in soy or teriyaki sauce (about 2 tsp or to taste)and red pepper flakes. Heat and serve. (I have found that adding salt to this is way too salty...the soy/teriyaki sauce has plenty of salt.)

Subject: [Htt-recipes] Recipes using hamburger

Hi! The list has been rather quiet lately. I'm looking for recipes
using hamburger. My husband doesn't approve of meatloaf or hamburgers
without buns, so I'm looking for recipes using hamburger other than the
usual hamburgers or meatloaf. We do taco salad quite often (sans
chips), but I'm afraid I'm having trouble coming up with other ideas.
Suggestions?

Jo
