Hi Sheryl, I use grated parmesan unless it's an emergency and powdered parmesan is all that's in the house! Either works fine. Blessings - Cheryl in VA



Cheryl.... what kind of parmesan cheese do you use?... the shredded kind or the grated kind in the green can?
