The wonderful thing about the recipe is the adaptability. If the spinach/cream cheese/butter mixture seems a little loose just add more parmesan. If your microwave is busy stick it in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes. This recipe has saved me SO MANY times when I had to take something to a potluck and people who don't like spinach love it!
