[Htt-recipes] CAD plan

I think CAD means "Carbohydrate Addict's Diet". But I've not read the book or studied the plan so I don't understand what reward meals are either. 

Marilyn, please feel free to fill us in on this diet and how it works for you. Seems very interesting! :-))
