Hi y’ll, been on HTT Lists almost since conception. I have some talkative times but mostly stay in the background, Seems I'm not consistent enough but always come back to what is right for me. Through the years there have been many great people here. I admire the die-hards who keep trying and the successful people who have reached their goal but stick around to
  inspire the rest of us. Two ladies that I have a fondness for are Dale (Australia) introduced me to a "happy dance"and Peggy(Kansas)always had something good to eat - She even took a low carb booth to the state fair one year! Speak up girls! You lurking too?
