Marilyn, thank you. from your explanation I know enough to know that I
want to learn more about the CAD plan. I am going to read up on it. I am
not looking for ways to add back more carbs, I just find all of the
theories interesting. I am having peanut butter on a fork for lunch today.
Luckily, I had a jar of PB in my desk drawer. I sent my car out to be
washed and the "technician" has not gotten it back to me yet so I could not
leave to get something to eat.
