[Htt-recipes] Salisbury Steak

Hey!  My husband and I bought half a cow, and as a reuslt, we have a 
freezer full of beef--about half of which is hamburger.  I'm trying to 
come up with new and interesting hamburger recipes, and was wondering if 
anyone here has come up with a good low-carb recipe for Salsbury Steak, 
or any other different hamburger recipes, for that matter.  I have a few 
good ones from the list, but for some reason hamburger, mushrooms, and 
gravy sounded really good, but I've never tried it before.  Ideas?
